We are selling our 2001 ZR 800. The sled is in very good mechanical shape, and everything on it works as it should. The sled has 3200 miles on it, and the engine was professionally rebuilt just over 100 miles ago. The clutch side piston lost a skirt, and the very bottom of the case was cracked. The engine was removed, completeley torn down, cases professionally welded/clearanced, then brought to our local dealer, where the crank was checked, and the engine reassembled with all new gaskets/seals/Suzuki pistons/rings, one cylinder diamond honed, the other sent to Millenium. The hood is in great shape, and the seat has one tear up by the tank. The following are brand new as well: thumb warmer, carbides, ski loops, ski, kill switch, and primary clutch spring. The sled runs very strong, and has twin pipes/can, and the carbs were just rebuilt. The only flaw really worth mentioning is one stud tearout on the outside edge of the track (left side)--it is still in good running condition, but should probably be replaced in the next season or two.
Feel free to ask questions, and thanks for looking.
