1999 Arctic Cat Powder Special 700 136" x 2" paddle track 19xx miles For better pictures: http://s805.photobucket.com/albums/yy334/Namrepus1 / I bought this sled last year and on the second ride the clutch blew apart (common problem on AC clutches from these years) I limped it back to the trail and the vibrations from the out of balance clutch seized one of the crank bearings. I replaced the crank, and put a much more durable comet clutch on with new weights. The top end had just been rebuilt before I bought it. I rode it the rest of the season and it runs great. The hood has several cracks, the kill switch is missing, the dimmer button doesn't work, the Y-pipe has been fixed/welded. The seat is in good shape, the track is in decent shape. The shocks could use a rebuild, but they are all rebuildable Fox shocks. It has metal skis with powder ski skins. It doesn't really need anything to go have fun on it. I am just getting a newer sled this year. Nada average book is $2010, low book is $1530. Here are some specs on the sled: Displacement (cc), Cooling,Cylinders: 700, liquid, twin Est.
