97 V MAX 600 Twin I bought this machine with 4000 miles on it. Has 9384 now. At 8400 I lost the oil pump so it has a new oil pump, piston, rings, wrist pin bearings, boysene reed peddles, honed cylinders. At 8900 I had to put in a new stator. Last two years it has only been ridden about 200 miles a year. Has been a back up machine and now I have purchased another so time for this one to go. Also comes with a spare parts clutch. (Bushings were wore out so I bought another clutch) And 4 gallons of Yama lube. 2 extra belts. And a new throttle cable. The only two things that need to be addressed are the driveshaft bearing on the clutch side is showing some rust. (I have a new one to go with) and the recoil is very slow when the machine is cold. Once it runs for a while it retracts just fine. I forgot to take it off and clean it when I put it away for the summer. Every year it is summerised. Also new hyfax and some boggie wheels. Track is in good shape and good studs. More then 96 but not many more. Also M.O.D.S. aftermarket ski’s with good carbide. Great backup machine or good to ride. Fun machine and great for the wife or kids. $1200 o.b.o.
